Oxfam’s Affiliates in Africa 

An Oxfam affiliate is an independent organization that is part of the Oxfam confederation. Each affiliate is an independent, local organization fully registered and operational in the country. 

Oxfam has been intentionally shifting toward more leadership and decision-making power being held by locally rooted affiliates, to strengthen the leadership from countries most affected by inequality, climate shocks, and conflict.
